报告题目：How to write a technical paper for publication in an international journal?

讲座摘要：This talk aims to guide university students and researchers, who will be required to co-author and submit a technical paper to an international journal as a part of their academic pursuing.  The content of the talk shares the speaker’s views and rich experiences gathered throughout many years in the past, as a (co-)author, reviewer, and even from the viewpoint of Associate Editor. Hopefully, the effect of this talk will help to increase the chance of the submitted manuscript being accepted.

讲座人简介：马凯光现为新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程系教授。IEEE Fellow。长期担任IEEE Trans on Image Processing，IEEE Trans on Communications，IEEE Trans on Multimedia，IEEE Signal Processing Letters等国际顶级期刊的副主编职务。曾担任2004年国际图像处理大会（ICIP）共同主席，2013年国际可视通讯与图像处理大会（VCIP）共同主席。已发表论文100余篇，其中30余篇发表在IEEE汇刊上 (包括TPAMI, TIP, TMM, TCSVT等)，论文总应用次数5826，H-因子为26。研究领域为数字图像处理与计算机视觉, 代表性研究成果包括：1) 入选MPEG-4标准的“钻石”搜索法（一种快速运动估计算法）; 2) 2006年提出的图像去噪算法（IEEE TIP 15卷第6期）被认为是本领域的标杆性算法之一。
